Valentines Day

Dear Jack,

Happy Valentines Day.

I have a picture of you in my bedroom in a frame sitting on my night stand.

You're the first face I usually see when I wake up in the morning.

I still feel guilty because I was speaking to a man on skype and I put your picture down so he wouldn't see you.

I was afraid that he might think I'm weird..

This obsession/connection I have to you IS quite weird though isn't it?

I just can't explain it.

You'll always have a piece of my heart - and I'm always going to honor your life.

There is a quote from you that I love.

"It's better to be a corpse than a coward."

I never want to be a coward and you have helped me be braver and bolder.

You have the essence of love in your words I have read - and no matter what happens with my own love life,  I'll always have you to look up to.

So I thank you Jack.

You have taught me more than what you could have dreamed 100 years ago.
