Storm

Storm

A Poem by John Alexander McFadyen

Storm

Take the firefly

to the gates

and release him!

All of nature

should be free.

Do not tether the goat

or cage the lion.

Let the beasts roam,

wander the earth,

as God intended.

Thus they will grow strong

and spread their seed

and healthy offspring

will be bourne.

And I?

I was not intended

for such shackles.

My spirit would die,

so I storm against it.

About
Well, have a long and complicated story and started it as an autobiography on Bebo but got writer's block/memory fogging. People liked it though and kept asking for the next chapter! fools.. more..
