My Trust

Oh so fickle as rage,

not to turn

but tear the page.

A woman spurned

and now a lesson learned so clear;

so hard to bear,

but my pure parchment

cannot be ripped,

we shared true lust

but we lost the love,

and I lost my trust.

ohhh this is powerful, once trust is gone, its gone for good, it creates too much doubt. I can also feel the rage from that loss. Very well done!

trust is not easily given but can be taken away in an instance. good write.
