Hollow Soldier

Hollow Soldier

A Poem by John Alexander McFadyen

Hollow Soldier

You hide behind the darkened clouds

that hate has summoned.

The demon in you

urged to serve as Devil’s spawn.

You have no strength

for honest mortal combat

and can only run and skirmish,

a coward,

waging a pathetic guerrilla war of words.

You came to us a noble lord,

a man of value and of substance

but all too soon you proved

to be a hollow soldier.

About
Well, have a long and complicated story and started it as an autobiography on Bebo but got writer's block/memory fogging. People liked it though and kept asking for the next chapter! fools.. more..
