Determined

Man of steel!

Determined

I turn to my steely breast plate

to repel the slings and arrows

of fate’s hateful onslaught.

I am made of iron,

thick girders such as hold up

Brunel’s bridges

and take the strain of decades

of abuse.

And I will hold up,

I will stay strong,

hopeful and determined

and life will come my way.

I will make it so.
