Determined

Determined

A Poem by John Alexander McFadyen
"

Man of steel!

"

Determined

I turn to my steely breast plate

to repel the slings and arrows

of fate’s hateful onslaught.

I am made of iron,

thick girders such as hold up

Brunel’s bridges

and take the strain of decades

of abuse.

And I will hold up,

I will stay strong,

hopeful and determined

and life will come my way.

I will make it so.

Such admiration for such a writing. Beautiful display of courage and strength, the way to take on the world. May this be the true you always!

Thank you very much TBL
the "superman" inside all of us.
we are as strong as our core...because life is going to sling its arrows at us, no matter what...how we fend them off is up to us.

About
Well, have a long and complicated story and started it as an autobiography on Bebo but got writer's block/memory fogging. People liked it though and kept asking for the next chapter! fools.. more..
