Winter's Gone

Winter's Gone

A Poem by John Alexander McFadyen
"

Spring has finally sprung!

"

Winter's Gone

Grass begins to grow,

warmth seeps into my garden

and I feel it's spring.

Just falling in line lol Jacob! Many thanks.
Layers to this John. Its a clever write and has its own warmth and charm. The springiness of new grass feels lovely beneath the feet and also tells us that the season is in full effect. I really like this one my friend.

Thanks Anto.
A short sweet write John and nothing like looking out to a cover of green with daffodils!

Absolutely Andrew. Many thanks!
...walking barefoot in the grass, isn't it the best? And the smell of grass being cut...you just know spring has arrived!

About
Well, have a long and complicated story and started it as an autobiography on Bebo but got writer's block/memory fogging. People liked it though and kept asking for the next chapter! fools.. more..
