Devastation!

A Poem by John Alexander McFadyen
"

Devastation!

Like a barrel bomb,

you exploded in my soul

when you walked away.

You're welcome John. :)
The end is never nice - even when its amicable there are those little explosions when things you both used to share, suddenly are being done alone - the movies, dinner, a walk in the park
The barrel bomb - just a kick in the 'erse off a nuclear explosion - huge devastation.
Well penned John.
