Our True Love

Our True Love

A Poem by John Alexander McFadyen

Our True Love

And though we have shared the seeds of creation

you shun me, my being,

my dedication to your true desire,

my divinity, my manhood.

Yet it is you who lacks conviction.

you who weakened

and reneged

on the power of true love.
