Your Poison

Your Poison

A Poem by John Alexander McFadyen
"

Such sadness.

"

Your Poison

I have learned to deal with your fangs,

to suck the venom from puncture wounds

where you have dispersed the hate

contained in your poisoned soul

and injected it into innocent poets.
