Moderated Inaction

A Poem by John Alexander McFadyen

Moderated Inaction

It seems to me the owners of the Cafe

have no scruples.

they allow troglodytes

and Satan's lackeys

to sup at the same tables

as decent folk.

They condone the invasion

of pure virgin poets pages

by those who would violate,

denigrate and abuse.

Yet they threaten to exclude me

from this place

for upholding the sanity and sanctity

of good over evil.

Where are your morals?

Your ethical exigencies?

What will it take for you

to be forced

to do the decent thing

and expel true miscreants

who are of Little consequence?

I feel your frustration here John. I share the same frustration. It would seem that our mods have become Little - more than absentee Landlords.
Well written poem my friend. Rome wasnt built in a day.

About
Well, have a long and complicated story and started it as an autobiography on Bebo but got writer's block/memory fogging. People liked it though and kept asking for the next chapter! fools.. more..
