Love and Joy

Why do you speak all the time of love instead of joy?

For without joy love cannot live and breathe

and grow in true organic splendour.

Without joy love cannot blossom

from the bud of attraction,

cannot grow from the seeds

of desire.

And without joy love will simply shrink

into the shadows

to be washed away by the tears

leaking from broken hearts..............

Why do you speak all the time of joy instead of love?

for without love there can be no joy!
