Reliance

Reliance

A Poem by John Alexander McFadyen
"

We all relate.

"

Reliance

Those

who have to break bread

live in deceit.

For trust is not forced

like spring flowers

in December.

It is never negotiated,

nor traded.

It is not a Forex commodity.

No, it flows

as surely

as time itself.

No glitches,

no clunking,

no stitching.

Just seamless,

elegant respect.

Like the sheer stockings

of a lover

over silky thighs.

Perfectly

in harmony

with nature,

with desire.

Mutuality

with no qualms,

with no preconditions.

Simple

one cell organisms

with honour.

I could trust a stranger in a moment or not someone in a lifetime. The stockings are a perfectly beautiful example. I agree with you John, the best of lust comes with trust. Thanks for sharing the amazing poetry.

You are welcome dear John.
without trust, it is just motions...robotic love---

but when it flows...and we believe in each other...

sensational.

Many thanks Jacob
Trust is the foundation of any relationship. Without it, there can be no relationship at all. It's all about respect, yup. I liked the injection of a bit of sensuality in this one. Lydi**

About
Well, have a long and complicated story and started it as an autobiography on Bebo but got writer's block/memory fogging. People liked it though and kept asking for the next chapter! fools.. more..
