The Devil's Breath

I am the force of evil

you should not wish

to provoke.

For the unleashing

of my venom

is a sore sting;

a poisoned barb

no human can survive.

And I,

I will not end there.

I will sack your house,

rape your women

and slaughter your

children.

For I am the voice

of al-Assad.

Dark and eerie - and what makes this so darn scary is the truth behind your words. Well written. :) Julie

Thank you Julie. Wish we all knew the truth, the whole truth......
A sad world. al-Assad. Modern day Stalin. Killing and abusing your own people. This is a great sin. A powerful and sad poem my friend John.

A passionate attack upon someone who attacks children. Fine poem, and the right words !

Thank you Leslie. Such a sad affair and one largely ignored until too late by the powers that be.

Powerful. This talks more than just a poem. It is such an outrage from deep within. Truly depicted. Well done.

About
Well, have a long and complicated story and started it as an autobiography on Bebo but got writer's block/memory fogging. People liked it though and kept asking for the next chapter! fools.. more..
