Our Cat

Our Cat

A Poem by John Alexander McFadyen
"

A cat Tanka!

"

Our Cat

Oriental poise

chocolate fur, emerald green eyes,

lithe limbs akimbo.

She calls to us so plaintive

demanding that we see her.

And the Oriental is a master of the art Ron. Many thanks.
this poem made me so emotional
i dug a grave for my kitten and buried her with my own hands. it was probably one of the most heart breaking feeling ive felt so far. she was small, soft with bright green eyes. loved playing hide and seek, super lively and hyper, watch her die and not be able to help her was painful. i still feel her presence in my garden, catching butterflies, playing with leaves and wanting my constant attention.
beautiful poem
cats are wonderful creatures. they deserve love :(

Well, have a long and complicated story and started it as an autobiography on Bebo but got writer's block/memory fogging. People liked it though and kept asking for the next chapter! fools.. more..
