Helen Be Damned!

Helen Be Damned!

A Poem by John Alexander McFadyen
"

Helen of Troy is tame compared to some!

"

Never mind the face

that sunk a thousand

ships,

you are the cause

of melting ice caps

and seismic shifts,

of tornados

and cyclones

and hurricanes.

You cause wild-fires

to rage from California

to Sydney,

burning everything

in their path.

You are the

near earth object

hurtling through space

and time

with the capacity

to cause such impact

on earth

that man would

surely welcome

time and time

again,

his own little death

in your warm,

moist grave.

About
Well, have a long and complicated story and started it as an autobiography on Bebo but got writer's block/memory fogging. People liked it though and kept asking for the next chapter! fools.. more..
