It seems whenever things go wrong these days and there is an investigation into any disaster, those in charge come up with the expected meaningless, empty mantra and nothing changes!

Spare me

the platitudes,

the banal, empty and

pointless statements that lessons will

be learnt.

It’s funny John, during World War 2 kids as young as 18 went to war and saw their friends die while today kids cry because of words thrown at them, the world has gone soft and out of context.
