Malevolent Meddlers

There are those who would undermine the harmony of the cafe.

Devious werewolves

and she-devils delve

into their poisons,

searching for the

most, malodorous,

maleficent mixtures

that exist.

 

They drip feed the babies

of mankind's poets

from bountiful,

buoyant breasts,

letting their venomous

milk corrupt the seed

and the minds

of the innocent.

 

They have no better purpose

than to cause hurt and harm

and humiliation,

spreading hate and confusion

across the writer's pages.

 

Their toxic toxins

threaten the very fabric

of our society and its

harmony,

as they attempt to change

or have influence

over things that are not theirs

to influence.

To cause chaos

and confusion

and angst

among us.

 

We must be alert

to them,

to their guises

and their games,

and we must

come together

in strength

to cast them out

wherever and whenever

we find them.

Someone bit into you..huh ? A true stake into the heart of what is art ..let them have their say and walk...let them have, but give them no power over harmony. Now all this being said...LOVE the Natalie!!..and the poem..smooth..very smooth in pace and puncture. I'll just leave with a final note...you only can allow in what you let allow in so write this constant harmony ...it's pretty good..pretty neat. Let them do whatever they will whomever you speak of...art is art and packs a powerful pill.Those that need it ...they blow no wind at all...but sorry to hear it. God I love Natalie...lol. Thanks!
