This ChaliceA Poem by John Alexander McFadyenConvention and collective societal control fly in the face of our true needs.Do not defy
my destination for I and
destiny are at one as all is wrapped
in a flurry of morning
mists that
evaporate before our
lust has cooled. Why, oh why
must guilt tattoo his
weary form upon my
skin? Why must
what we share seem so
shallow to others when it is bursting with energy,
burning hot and has the
essence of life and
hope and excitement
dripping from its
lips? No let it be what it is. We can sip
from this vessel the
sweet wines of our entanglement and drink
deep of such
beautiful desire until we are
both completely and utterly intoxicated. 30/06/19 © 2019 John Alexander McFadyenAuthor's NoteReviews

People liked it though and kept asking for the next chapter! fools.. more.. |
