Keeping FaithA Poem by John Alexander McFadyenOften life is not straight forward.I never had
the time to listen to
your cause, life it
seems does not have the space
for any pause. and thus the
daily grind does summons
us to 'prayer' but keeps us
in its grasp held deep
within it's lair. And though
we may resist and try to
rise above it forces us
to ground and keeps us
far from love. But deep
down in my soul I know this
is not right forever I
have known I have to
win this fight. Tis here I
make my stand, upon this
hallowed ground knowing that
this love, is the best
that can be found. 11/09/20 © 2020 John Alexander McFadyenAuthor's NoteReviews

People liked it though and kept asking for the next chapter! fools.. more.. |
