Staying Safe

Staying Safe

A Poem by John Alexander McFadyen
"

Sweden are leading the charge. Protect the elderly and vulnerable while the rest get on with a slightly modified existence, masks and social distance!

"

Where are all my 'Covid' friends?

Still hiding behind masks,

still walking on the other side of the street,

still self isolating?

Why I ask myself,

why?

We are all destined to die

and die we will.

So is it worth destroying

society

and our children's future security

for a few more months

here on earth?

Yes, we must be safe. But we are still alive. I took my grandchildren to the beach and mini-golf almost everyday in the Summer. People can be extreme. We can talk still and if you are sick. Just stay home and heal-up. I had the Covid-19. My daughter is a nurse, had it twice and I took care of her with my natural cures. I got it from taking care of my daughter. We can still do almost everything. Just keep safe distance and be safe. Hello John. I enjoyed your thoughts. I am a overnight Pharmacy manager. I wear a mask and I keep my distance. I hope for the old days. Poor grandchildren need to have some fun.

You are welcome John.
One way of looking at it. So the sick, the vulnerable and elderly are isolated from family and friends and die from loneliness and suffer mental health problems. A hell for them on earth while everyone else enjoys life. Interesting John. That doesn't strike me as a caring society.
