Have you read The Great Barrington Declaration?

Have you subscribed to stopping the tomfoolery

of lockdown?

We humans are already killing the planet,

and now we impose deep, self-inflicted wounds

through Covid-19 restrictions.

The impact on the world is highly significant

as we stop the world and potentially

let tens of millions of people starve to death.

Many lives lost from failing to immunise, late diagnosis,

lack of treatment for other health conditions,

on top we heap more misery.

Businesses are closing, hand over fist,

job losses swelling the ranks of the unemployed

as parents fail to immunise their children,

and people die from undiagnosed cancers, heart disease

and diabetes as tens of thousands suffer psychological trauma

and suicide rates soar.

Is that what you support, the annihilation of our social structure,

and the mounting opportunity costs and excess deaths

as you hide in selfish fear, pretending it is to save others?

so twisted and sad. it's gotten so people can't even earn a living anymore. the little bit of social order we had is evaporating. sheer and utter madness. great commentary on the current state of things. i guess bandits do hide behind masks. i think my muse thoreau had it right way back when he built a shack in the woods near a pond and tried to live independently because he thought that man and society were sick and headed for disaster. he valued nature and its purity. thought-provoking stuff john ... :)

"I would rather sit on a pumpkin and have it all to myself than be crowded on a velvet cushion. I would rather ride on earth in an ox cart, with a free circulation, than go to heaven in the fancy car of an excursion train and breathe a malaria all the way." - Thoreau

Thank you so much Pete, Thoreau was wise and ahead of his time.

About
Well, have a long and complicated story and started it as an autobiography on Bebo but got writer's block/memory fogging. People liked it though and kept asking for the next chapter! fools.. more..
