Birth of a Rose

From seed to seedling the flower began to grow

and in her sprung feelings that only he could know.

As he watered her faithfully day in and day out

 she turned into a beautiful rose

from this tiny fragile sprout.

She was forever grateful

that he cared for her this way

and as a result love blossomed

in a most unusual

 way.
