And that is exactly what we are fighting for here in Ukraine, Patricia....our freedom, everyone's freedom. I saw for myself the ruins of a technical college here in Kyiv. Hit directly by a missile strike. Unfortunately, as long as Man wants power and wealth and holds hidden grudges against his fellows, no learning, peace and art will be taught. It's sad days, not just solely for my country and people, but for all humanity. Your words are wise and yet not understood by the tyrannical fools of this world. ❤

dearest Inessa... I have been touched deeply by what has happened in your Country... the innocent... babies and children... beautiful people with talents in many venues. My Heart is broken. I cannot fathom how anyone could destroy even Art or Science for Power. Do they not know that they also will lose their gift of Life. These Tyrants do not care about Humanity. dear Andrew... my Father's family migrated here from Hungary.... that makes me a Gypsy. I do admire the Countries there welcoming Ukraine refugees to escape to their Country, e.g., Poland. We are having a lesson at the moment in the value of freedom and what it means to people who fear they will lose it. They are prepared to die fighting for it. We live in really scary times Pat. We are witnessing before our eyes the kindness shown to those fleeing their homeland by their neighbours while their invaders destroy and kill. Too much power abd wealth is a destructive force. History has a habit of repeating itself. Many tears are being shed.
