Adult Alliteration

Adult Alliteration

A Poem by Peaches
"

When I think of alliterations, I think of when I first learned about them in my childhood. Slowly, as I age, I realize my "forever young" is fading and is being passed down to the next.

"
Purple pigment press your plum lips
On my meadow, mellow, melting mouth.
Where we wonder with wind when my womanhood would wake.
We take and touch
Or love and lust.
While we wait and waste,
Yesterday's youth becomes yours.
Becomes bright, blue,
And brilliant.
