Positive Thoughts in a Dark Mind

A mission statement I wrote for career exploration class.

 You only live once,

So live with no remorse.

So many odd directions,

Try hard to stay on course.

 

Knowledge is power,

And power brings respect.

Strive to succeed now,

Through every single aspect.

 

Learn to love and care.

See the peace you’ve created?

Forgiving all the ones

You previously hated.

 

Find your inspiration,

And express your true passion.

Ignore all the trends,

And all the latest fashions.

 

Don’t let them win,

Don’t show them you’re down.

Even if they’ve won the battle,

You still hold the crown.
