I'm not a code, I am a child
I am not a number, I have a name
I will not surrender to your ways
I will not stoop to your level
Pull me down and I will rise again
I'm not your slave, I'm me
I will not bend, I will not give in
My name is Jasmine
And I will fly
Fly on my own
Fly all alone
If I must
Fly with me, if you please
If you don't, that's okay
I am Jasmine
And I will be strong.
Stronger than one hundred men
Pull me down
I will get right back up
I will never fall to your level.
Beat me, humiliate me
I will never let you rule me
My name is Jasmine
You will never get the best of me
I am me, I will rise, I will fly, I am strong, I am Jasmine
