I Can Only Hope

 

I pass u everyday,

hoping and praying,

that you see me.

But I will never know.

I’m not like the others,

the girls that are all most always,

around you,

the ones I hate.

Sometimes I catch you glance at me in the halls,

but I can’t help but think

it’s out of pity for me

You have teased me in the past,

but you have stuck up for me,

around your friends.

But that was in the past,

I don’t know about the present

 

I can’t keep you off my mind off you,

you haunt my dreams,

my every thought.

I look for forward to the brief moment that I see you.

I know you know I excites,

I know you know I’m alive.

But my question is;

Do you like me?

I pray and hope that you do,

But I’m not like the others

And I don’t change for anyone

Only for my self

I hope you understand

That I would never be one of them
