Peter Charlesworth, I requested you write me a poem to help ME feel better.
Then, I remembered all these I haven't read.
So this one is very calming about yardwork.
I love the colors when the leaf blower swirls the leaves.
Till the end which becomes quite horrific!
I see the gardener blowing snails and such to safety...
Then a horde of birds fly down for ESCARGOT.
Ever seen The Birds by Alfred Hitchcock? Yikes!
Is THAT what you mean by "Where birds can search for tasty bits" ?

No I haven't seen 'The Birds'
but I have watched a Kestrel dissect and devour a Blackbird in our garden - Not one feather left.

Kestrel: a small falcon that hovers with rapidly beating wings while searching for prey on the ground.

Kestrels come over from the fields
We can see them hovering looking for prey. unfortunate they switch sites
Hovering THEN A VICTIME IS SITED woosh driving downwards > the victim is held in its claws . carried away to be dissected and fed to the awaiting chicks

Aye Lass the time lag between us
You post summat - then wait for ages it seems for an answer.
