Interesting plays on words in this one. It starts out almost hesitantly, noting words with the prefix "in," with "insane" predominating. Then suddenly, all words are upper case, as if to emphasize urgency. The last line is a demand to leave the children alone. It sounds as though something very wrong is taking place.
