Break Them Mirrors!A Poem by Ellusive RoseA poem to lift girl's spirits.
Break Them Mirrors! Everyday you fear For what you see in those mirrors The things it shows you The things you don't want to believe Will haunt you As long as a mirror stands Thoughts come to you I'm fat I'm different I'm the other side of pretty And beautiful is not a word Well at least for me Well at least it gives a gift A gift of depression What can be done To fight this menace Girls I'm afraid It's time to break those mirrors Shatter them Leave no piece behind So what if you're different So what if you're fat Or unpretty You matter What you say matters A mirror can not harm you So break them Until you're satisfied Seven years of bad luck Well it'll have to wait for you
