Space Twiddling Cosmic SoulmateA Poem by Reignas you wrap it around your finger, twiddling...
Are you still tugging at that red string?
As you wrap it around your finger, twiddling. Has it always been this hard to breath? As I reach a star that has lost its twinkle. I went to a fortune teller as I skip to the beat, Read my palm with zodiac groove singing on a loop. Told me an ambiguous omen of tragedy and passion. Felt vulnerable like a heart stitched on my sleeve. Here I fostered a monster, as it tune into the groove. We both took the highway, while we jam in our insecurities. We're addicted in our self pity, as the song plays on repeat. Despite my shortcomings, we still yearn that Bibbidi-bobbidi-boo. They call you a unicorn, but I know your out there somewhere. They call me a madman, when I'm sadden I can't find you yet. They tell me to stop day dreaming, when all I have is you. They tell me tales of star-crossed lovers, but I have yet to meet you. Yet, you still twiddle the red string as I feel the cosmic pull. Are you still tugging at that red string? As you wrap it around your finger, twiddling. You smile that twinkles that leads me to you.
