Agency For Dominance (AFD) is a worldwide Vampire run absolute monarchy that overviews and regulates the state of the supernaturals in all countries. It encourages groups of vampires in countries, states, and cities to form their own governments and take dominance over other supernatural species for the dominance and success of vampires over all of mankind. The following of the monarchy has roughly two billion members, and the population is growing. There are official headquarters located in 150 of the world's 195 countries, and it's capital headquarters are located in Barawa, Somalia, where vampires are able to kill freely and violence is permitted.

General Policies

 

Universal Theocracy of Rules And Regulations for All Supernatural Beings has longly been considered the official views of AFD and their guidelines. Many country and local branches have imitated UTRRASB, some taking the document in snippets and others completely accepting the document with minor modifications. They seem to be majorly concerned with keeping the supernatural world a secret from the human population.

Index of Recognized Groups and Governments

AFD is considered the highest form of vampire ruling to a vast majority. Not all vampires like or accept the AFD's ruling, but those who do gain the benefits of being recognized as a group or government entity underneath the organization.

Criteria

-The group or government consists entirely, or majoritly, of vampires
-The head, leader, or one with the most power is a vampire
-The group itself follows UTRRASB
-The leader of each group pledge's it's allegiance to the current Monarch.

The Bloodlines

The AFD is based rigidly in the four sacred bloodlines which are ascribed from ancient legend regarding the origin of vampires. The on-record oldest vampire living and one of the original founders of his bloodline still lives today and is the current Monarch of the AFD. The AFD has developed a system of assesing a vampire's bloodline and is able to trace back from which of the four sacred bloodlines a vampire hails from; those of particular bloodlines are not to associate with the AFD and are usually condemned from all AFD owned lands upon knowledge of their existence.
