Hopelessness,
Feeling lost and unwanted.

Feeling everything you've worked so hard, so long for
Slips away with every new despairing thing that happens
That knocks yet another brick of your sturdy thought to last life
While following temptations are all too alluring.

They're screaming for you, as you attempt to ignore
Knowing it's too dangerous - to be alone
