Life in ChristA Poem by Melinda McQueenEaster poem.Suffering a sinner’s death, He bowed and paid the debt. With His last breath, He gave His best.
Surrendering His life, He poured out His light. The light now in sight, Life in Christ.
Emptying Himself For our greatest wealth, Jesus died for all, Answering the highest call.
He gave His life’s work In spreading God’s Word. Unselfishly, He submitted to God on high, Life in Christ.
In the tomb three days, Then to life was He raised. Defeating death, He became Healer of every pain.
Because of Him, We will forever live. Ever to rise… To life in Christ. © 2015 Melinda McQueenReviews
