The weary, dry and parched soul,

But actions drive each.

they change to words
and then lead to action

so words are a vehicle to pave the road for action

Nice Haiku...
By 'each' are you referring to the words and soul? If so, I think the word 'both' is more appropriate - on the other hand if your reference is to people then it is perfect..
