A Rose to LoveA Poem by Melinda McQueenA Rose to Love
Tender and mild, It grows strong and wild. Opening to the touch Of all consuming love.
Flourishing when watered, It’s forever altered. For it gains strength, A rose to love at all lengths.
Planted in rich soil deep, Nutrients it keeps. Blooming to fullness, It is blessed.
Though it has thorns, It’s grateful to be born. Reaching greater heights, Onward it thrives.
Nurtured and cultivated, Love is never wasted. It rises to the heavens, A rose to love and never to end. © 2016 Melinda McQueenReviews
