Contentment in ChristA Poem by Melinda McQueenContentment in Christ
A peace in the soul, Knowing you’re where you are meant to be. A refreshing exhale, Knowing you have all you need.
A whisper soft, Yet spoken loud and clear. A gentle lull in chaos midst, Contentment in Christ so dear.
Let the world do what it may, I am safe in my Father’s hands. He is my trust In all life’s demands.
Blessed beyond measure, I have more than enough. Wanting for nothing, Contentment in Christ keeps me looking up.
Filling my heart, I know what it is to be full. But let me be empty So He will be plentiful.
My everything, my all… The reason I will rise. Blessed am I to know Contentment in Christ. © 2018 Melinda McQueenReviews
