Holy Spirit in Me

 

A touch gentle,

It comes upon me anew

And I feel such peace

In my soul, such truth.

 

A beautiful calm

Floating through the deep.

Freeing the inner workings;

Holy Spirit in me.

 

Thy Presence ever near,

I’m overwhelmed by Thy love.

A Guide to lead me,

A gift from above.

 

How wondrous Thy ways,

Thy blessings as deep as the sea.

For Thy grace has come;

Holy Spirit in me.

 

Showering love,

Thy power granted to me.

A devoted confidant,

In tuned with my heartbeat.

 

How moved am I

That my heart is filled with Thee.

My treasure, my Love;

Holy Spirit in me.
