The Perfected Day

The Perfected Day

   (Proverbs 4:18)

 

Shine bright, shine high,

For the day of the Lord is nigh.

A day longing is soon here,

It is ever near.

As sure as the stars in the sky.

 

Holding on to faith,

We rejoice in the plans lain.

For Jesus paid the price

When He died,

Sealing the perfected day.

 

For it’s coming soon,

Reminds the Spirit of Truth.

Drawing all to follow,

Abandoning all sorrow.

Gaining life anew.

 

Readying hearts…

Lighting the spark.

For the day draws near,

May the heart hear.

The Lord sets the mark.

 

As He has come to take sins away,

He’s coming back just the same.

May our path shine

Unto the glorious light

Of the perfected day.

Though sometimes gloom shadowed our mind but we have to keep our faith on the Lord forever as He will make sure that our days and paths should be filled with rejoice once again..... What a beautiful hopeful poem this is
