Day to day

Leads me closer to my destiny.

Ever reaching, ever climbing,

Exercising faith to believe.

 

Going for the goal,

Moving onward through this life.

Willing to seek what needs sought,

Looking forward with faith my drive.

 

Day to day

Amazed by what comes.

Knowing that blessings

Have come in the long run.

 

My journey’s begun,

My hope’s nigh.

My faith strong,

My heart opened wide.

 

Day to day

He greets me.

The One who keeps me moving,

The One who has made me to be.

 

Gladly He feeds me,

Pouring upon me His favor.

Where would I be

Without my Savior?

 

Day to day

He leads me through this life.

His hand upon my back,

What could I ever lack?
