A kindling fire spreads

Through the soul.

Latching onto the depths,

Taking complete control.

 

Unleashing its power,

It washes through.

Seeing no wrong,

Love’s astounding truth.

 

As if a golden ribbon,

It weaves flawlessly through a crystal breeze.

A melody which cannot be unsung,

Rather, brilliantly sings.

 

At times it cries out,

Other times, strong and silent in youth.

Allowing the feeler to feel

Love’s astounding truth.

 

A flowing river,

And a babbling waterfall

Knows no comparison to

Its enduring call.

 

Boldly showing

There is nothing it cannot loose.

The soul, ever desirous of

Love’s astounding truth.
