Tomorrow's Blessings

Tomorrow's Blessings

A Poem by Melinda McQueen

Tomorrow’s Blessings

Though trials knock at my door

And threaten to choke me,

My hope is even more,

For You uphold me.

Though the destroyer tries to rid my faith

By stomping me to the ground,

I will press on in Jesus’s Name

Where my hope is found.

I choose to stay strong,

Placing all my care into Your hands.

I trust You to right my wrong,

As in You, I faithfully stand.

Grant me strength today, to sing

Of tomorrow’s blessings
