In the StillA Poem by Melinda McQueenIn the Still
A gentle hush falls over me, All the world naps. I feel Your Presence indeed As around me it wraps.
Quiet me with Your Spirit, Sing
unto me a new song. In the night long.
Let
me soak-- Soak in Your love. Until all fear is gone, Let Your love be sung.
When I need Your touch, You reach me where I am. I call Your Name in a hush As a little lamb.
Lord, let me be still, To hear Your voice. Ever in Your will, Always my first choice.
