All I Need

 

All I need
is found in my Savior.

What depth is
the love of my Lord.

 

How I long
to praise you with my substance.

I want to make my life
all about You in this dance.

 

May you be
abundantly magnified
despite my shortcomings.

Oh Lord, be satisfied.

 

Into Your hands
I’ve relinquished my days.

You supply
all Your grace.

 

My heart bowed,

I offer my up to You, my love.

Praising You, Jesus
for all You’ve done.

Lovely, inspirational poem. It is so good to know that He loves us despite our faults. In the darkest of our days, faith can be a beacon to guide our path. I bid you peace. And thank you for sharing!

One quick question: Is there a word missing in the second line of your last stanza? Or is there a typo? Was "I offer my [heart] up to you, my love" or 'I offer me up to you, my love" intended. In either (or neither) case, just lovely.

Perhaps remove "my" if what you intended is "I offer up to You, my love." A lovely poem with or without any change.
