A Poem by Night

Zodiacal Light Seen at Mt. Lemmon Skycenter

The sky was sprinkled white with sugar

and each one

spoke of life.

I smiled as heaven sang it's song

and moonlight

filled the night.

The goodness danced across the sky

as night came home

to play...

And the peace within my heart

rivaled that

of day.

Never more shall sadness fill

this joyful soul

of mine...

For solace in this gentle night

my heart

did surely find.
