Father forgive me for I have sinned...

please help me keep what's good within.

Father I come to you in a prayer of thanksgiving...

I know that you're with me in this life that I'm living.

Father I love you and I know you love me...

you'll never forsake me nor will you leave.

Father I thank you for the blessings you send...

you've shown me your love and made me your friend.

Sometimes in this life I grow tired and weak...

you've given me always the strength that I seek.

I believe that you hear me whenever I call...

you light my path so I wont fall.

I know in this life your always with me...

these words of faith I will always believe.

I know in my heart, when this wicked world ends...

in heaven above, I'll be with my friend.
