My secret told

within this poem

bound within

my soul...

for it was on

a darkened night

I first met

Father Poe.

And like a father

he spoke of me

proud to give

me life.

Tonight I visit

one as he...

the poet

you call "Night".

"Never More" 

said I...

behold I live

again.

Alive within

this verse and rhyme

born of ink

and pen.
