Waking up feeling you've accomplished something in poety

The poet's smile

in morning style

Will wake him up

a happy child

And make him think

he's worth much more

Than night before

he wrote his score

And helped his craft

evolve with love

And make him feel

accomplished of

A writing that

will lead to great

And maybe one day

sees him rate
