Great Walls dividing

vast cold deeps from shallow seas.

Hail Metropolis!

SEA-HORSE

pregnant father sways,

rocking-chair to ocean's gait

champions patience's race

LOTUS FLOWER

Morning-star-burst-bloom

floral crown on tranquil lake

she walks on water.

LIL' KALEIDOSCOPE

Peering through her smile

Little sister's pinwheel flight,

twirling motley skirts.

RENEWAL'S GLEE

Cherry blossom trees

winsome petals laugh and float:

floral-snows of Spring.

MOTHER

1. LABOUR

    In such pain is love

    her voice reaching higher halls

    giving birth with God.

2. REFLECT

    Tho' only a son

    unworthy and in your debt

    glad our roles reverse.

VIVE DE LE MER

Coral garden zest

opalescent-rainbow joy

blooms of dancing fish.

How poignant of face

sunset eye reflect much depth

I see how you feel.

FLASH-FLOOD

heat-wave season's rage,

mountains weeping rivers/skies

siroccos will dry.

Burning up with hate

like an oil spill to the soul

heartless mouths pollute.

VATTO

Gang signs tatted h'ommes,

beaner in a low beamer

cool-kissing his gun.

Yearning for the sky,

smoking blunts of rolled up trees

couch potato drowns.

JUICE

Base-jumping towers

Dangerous heights for thirst of life,

adrenaline drink.

NAPE

Warm whispers of lips

down the meadows of your neck.

A familiar bed.

INHERITANCE

When I sleep you'll wake,

to gold and hearts' beating drums:

wealth of love for life...

I leave you my wings

to fly every wind and sky

freedom I bequeath.
