Cold Wind / 1st Kiss / Fire (HAIKU)

Cold Wind / 1st Kiss / Fire (HAIKU)

A Poem by Butch Decatoria
"

3 haikus

"

Cold Wind

Wild and rustling, trees;
mute winter's enwrapped starlight
bemoans the loneliness.

First Kiss

Connections on lips
how heat on a blush names quiet
earthquakes in this touch.

Fire

Just a spark from sharp stones
engulfs our worlds in light or pain,
kills breath as scorched remains.

wonderful haikus. To make perfection of the first one - I would exchange "the" for "my". (it is just ...my association. it is great anyway. this would make the connection nature+human. no? thank you for your lovely review of my new poem.
